Turkey Avocado and Pepper Wraps

Turkey Avocado Wrap
ingredients
- 4 low–carb tortillas, 8 to 10 inches in diameter
- 4 tablespoons flavored light mayonnaise
- ½ head green leaf lettuce
- 12 slices deli-style turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 2 yellow peppers, seeded and sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup roasted red bell pepper strips, drained
preparation
- Spread about 1 tablespoons of mayonnaise on one side of each tortilla.
- Place several lettuce leaves on each tortilla, and top with 3 slices of turkey.
- Arrange avocado and yellow pepper slices on top of turkey slices. Spread red onions and red pepper strips over avocado.
- Carefully roll each tortilla burrito style.
- Secure the rolls with a toothpick and cut each in half diagonally.
