Spinach Dip

Spinach Dip
ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh spinach, cleaned and chopped
- 1 package dry vegetable soup mix
- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
- ½ cup chopped water chestnuts, drained and chopped
preparation
- Drain cottage cheese and combine with yogurt in the blender.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Transfer to large mixing bowl.
- Add the spinach, soup mix, red bell pepper, and water chestnuts. Mix well.
- Chill until ready to serve.
